Welcome to the Fish Culture Section of the American Fisheries Society. The Fish Culture Section of the American Fisheries Society is an association of members concerned with advancing cultivation technology of aquatic organisms for food, recreation (sport and ornamentals), habitat enhancement, and conservation. The Section disseminates information about fish culture to professionals and the lay public; it strives to support and enhance fish culture programs of private, governmental, and international entities.
